What’s your natural high? That was the question students answered at “Wind Down Wednesday” during wellness week at the Pleasantville High School. Students were asked what activities they do to help them deal with stress and anxiety. Answers ranged from going to gym, reading books, running, journaling and the most popular- listening to music.
